Senior Adult Day Program Application

Set in a spacious, secure cottage with an adjoining garden, the Senior Adult Day Program serves families who want to keep their loved one at home, but need care during the day.

Flexibility is the key to the program's success. It is available to families for full or half days, from one to five days a week. Many of our families drop off a loved one before heading to work, and feel satisfied knowing that the day program participants are able to take part in many of the same activities and outings that our residents enjoy. Many families use the Senior Adult Day Program as a transitional experience before admission to the residential program.

For many elders with dementia, isolation can be devastating. The stimulation and activity of the Senior Adult Day Program gives independence back to participants and allows them to develop friendships with peers.

Our daily rates include meals, snacks, and social activities. Bathing and beauty shop services can be arranged. Our operating hours are:

Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
