Our benefit package includes your choice of four medical plans, two dental plans, vision, life insurance, and 403(b) retirement. James L. West covers every full-time employee for basic life insurance and long-term-disability.  We also offer supplemental plans through Mutual of Omaha such as accident, hospitalization, and short-term-disability.
