At the heart of our operations here at James L. West Center, we have a dedicated team of leaders and directors who exemplify compassion, expertise and innovation in healthcare management. Led by a vision to enhance quality of life through personalized care and cutting-edge therapies, our leadership team strives to foster an environment of excellence and empathy. Our leadership team prioritizes collaboration among staff, residents, and families, ensuring every decision is rooted in the best interests of those they serve.

Our Administrative office team is made up by a different number of people, all dedicated to different functions of the James L. West Operations.

Our Healthcare Administrator, Tami Fitzgerald, is responsible for the framework, policies and budgets to ensure the safety of guests, residents, and staff. A big part of the job is overseeing the daily operations here at the James L. West Center.

Right next door is Lindsey McBride, the Director of Admissions. She is responsible for the admissions process and works directly with residents and families to bring in, and ensure a smooth transition into James L. West.
