This four part program promotes healthy and independent aging by focusing on six areas that have shown to not only reduce your risk for developing dementia but increases our cognitive health as we age. The six scientifically researched areas are; diet, exercise, sleep, stress, cognitive fitness and staying social. We will discuss the impact our choices in these six areas make on our cognitive health.
