Participants will develop a clear understanding of what dementia is, and what it is not including the differences between Alzheimer’s disease and other common dementias. We will explore the causes of memory loss and confusion, discuss how to receive a proper diagnosis and what types of treatment’s, therapies, and

interventions are available.
